Just finished our first week with Rachel (she's booked in every week with our puppy), Everything was so easy and reassuring. She came to meet us and puppy which was great and we have had little reports left each visit to let us know how the day has been. Not only this, but Rachel has been happy to support us to keep things consistent with training too. Happily recommend Buggy's Buddies.

Highly recommended, my cat was very well looked after whilst I was away for the weekend. I had picture and video updates which was a nice touch and reassuring.

The first time we've used Rachel, very professional. Dennis, our cat, loved her. We especially liked the daily reports Rachel left for us. We would highly recommend Buggy's Buddies.

Our cat Suzie was extremely lucky to be taken care of by Rachel while we went away fro 11 days. First off, Rachel came round to meet us and Suzie and explained how things work and checked We were happy with everything before we agreed for her to look after Suzie. Suzie instantly took a liking to Rachel! When the time came for us to go away, Rachel came round for an hour visit each day. She handled everything to do with Suzie's care including lots of snuggles and talking to her. We received daily updates including pics and/or videos so we felt fully in the loop throughout. Rachel also queried with us if certain quirks about Suzie were normal so we knew she was staying vigilant about her health which was really reassuring as she has had some health issues. We came home to lovely report cards that Rachel had written documenting her time with Suzie at each visit which we thought was a sweet touch. We will definitely be asking Rachel to look after Suzie again for our next trip away. 10 / 10 recommend - Rachel will go above and beyond to care for you pets as her own and she is a true animal lover.
